Third call to submit share documents

The Management Board of the company under the name Cementownia ,,ODRA" S.A. with its registered office in Opole (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in connection with the provisions of Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act - Commercial Companies Code and some other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1798 as amended) calls on all shareholders of the Company to submit their share documents by 22 January 2021 for dematerialization purposes.
Share documents should be submitted, with a written confirmation issued to the shareholder, at the Company's registered office, i.e. in Opole at 9 Budowlanych Street, room 17, on business days (from Monday to Friday) from 8:00 to 15:00.
