The ODRA Capital Group was established in 2014. The dominant unit is Odra Cement Plant S.A., and the subsidiaries are Odra Concrete Plants Sp. z o.o. and CHOJNA BETON Concrete Products Plant Sp. z o.o.
The Group offers a wide range of construction sector products, starting from cements, through concretes, backfills and masonry mortars, to precast concrete products.

Odra Cement Plant S.A. is a facility with over 100 years of history, located in the heart of the capital of the Opole Voivodeship. Its primary activity is the production of general use cements and special cements, mainly with the addition of granulated blast furnace slag CEM II/B-S and CEM III. The cement plant has a technological line for the calcination of Portland clinker, which is the main component of cements.
Odra Concrete Plants Sp. z o.o. have been on the market since 2014. They have 3 modern concrete batching plants located in the Opole and Lower Silesian Voivodeships. The company's primary activity is the production of ready-mix concrete and the transport of concrete mix to the construction site. They also offer dry concretes, ordinary concretes, floor concretes, stabilizations, backfills, as well as masonry and floor mortars.
Chojna Beton Concrete Products Plant Sp. z o.o. was established in 1998. The plant is located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in the town of Chojna, 60 km from Szczecin. The company offers its clients high-quality precast concrete and reinforced concrete elements for sewage and drainage systems. In its assortment, it also has road and railway box culverts, retaining wall elements, and rectangular chambers.
