The Management Board of the company operating under the name Cementownia "ODRA" S.A. with its registered office in Opole (45-005) at 9 Budowlanych Street, entered in the National Court Register under the number 0000035256 (the "Company"), acting on the basis of art. 399 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, hereby convenes the Ordinary General Meeting of Cementownia "ODRA" S.A. with its registered office in Opole on June 17, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., to the Company's registered office in Opole at 9 Budowlanych Street.
