The title of Vocational Education Partner is awarded at the request of school directors to those employers who, through systematic and effective cooperation with schools, support vocational education in Opole. Cementownia Odra S.A. was distinguished at the request of the Director of the Stanisław Staszic Vocational School Complex in Opole, Krystyna Czollek. The cooperation includes directing students for internships in the profession of logistics technician and analytical technician, with which the plant has been cooperating with the school for over 20 years, but also includes organizing lectures, workshops, and educational trips in the field of cement production, environmental protection, methods of preparing and burning alternative fuels, and the work of the plant's laboratory.
