Data controller's information obligation based on articles 13 and 14 of GDPR* regarding the processing of personal data.
As the Administrator processing your personal data, fulfilling the information obligation from articles 13 and 14 of the European Parliament and Council EU regulation 2016/679 dated 27.04.2016, I inform that:

3. The recipients of your personal data will be entities cooperating with the Administrator;
4. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organizations.
5. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the Administrator's objectives.
6. You have the right to access your data, rectify (correct) them, delete, limit processing, transfer, the right to object to data processing.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
8. The Administrator applies appropriate and proper security measures to protect your data, you have the right to obtain a copy of your data, which can be made available at the Administrator's office.
9. Your personal data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
