Cementownia ODRA S.A. donates 100 thousand PLN for the construction of a medical department in Opole

In 2016, Cementownia Odra S.A. in Opole, as the first among private economic entities, decided to join the group of donors for the emerging infrastructure of Collegium Medicum at Oleska Street in Opole.
The President of the Board, Wojciech Putra, donated 100 thousand PLN for the purpose of constructing a medical department at the University of Opole. Cementownia Odra, as one of the oldest industrial plants in the Opole region, has long co-created the history of the city and the region, and the launch of a medical department is undoubtedly a historical event. The medical department in Opole will contribute to the development and strengthening of the health service's condition throughout the region.
